Bridgit was experiencing rapid growth as a fintech company, transitioning from startup to scale-up, but its brand and digital presence no longer reflected the direction of the business or the needs of its core audience. The existing identity felt dated and the website, while functional, lacked clear messaging and conversion moments, leading to confusion and unnecessary support enquiries.
Through research, brand strategy, and a complete refresh of the brand and redesign of the website experience, the project repositioned Bridgit around its core purpose, helping Australians move forward through bridging finance.
